IMO, the amount of money for doing this to a Taurus is not worth it. Sell it and buy a SS gun if that's what you want.Chityworker wrote:So it's not a project I should take on. It'd be better off taking it to a smith or saving up some cash for a new stainless steel revolver ?

Maybe try nickel plating. That will look like stainless and won't rust like carbon steel.Chityworker wrote:Trying for a stainless look. If possible.
