It really doesn't surprise me. In every vocation, there are always a few people who don't play by the rules.Charles L. What idiocy! Did he/she think no one would find out? I haven't heard of this happening since the early days of the CHL program. I'm glad this instructor is gone.
I'd hate to be one of this instructor's "students."
