The CHL application requires that you list all arrests. As others have suggested, start doing searches for the court clerks for the counties where the arrests/convictions occurred. Certified copies of their records are the only ones that the DPS will accept. If you truly can not remember where you were arrested and convicted, a private background check might give you some more information that will help you track them down. However, be advised that the DPS will still perform the check and may get different results.
