I think that clerk will just get on the ground and stay there if ever robbed again. I wonder how far away the deputy was when he shot at the clerk. If he was at close range, I would think that he used the old "Spray and Pray" approach when the adrenalin kicked in. If that is the case here, it likely saved the clerks life. I also get the sense of some divine intervention... The odds of not getting hit with 8 rounds fired at you have to be pretty significant.
I wonder if the odds would increase if he had fired one round at 8 BGs? :smilelol5:
