I think that is correct. But I don't think a physical address of "Corner of 5th and Main" would satisfy the DPS.

Interesting question. You need a photo ID so that your forms can get notarized. Can you get a Texas ID with just a P.O. Box? I suppose if you have a friend or relative you could use their residence if they let you. Where do homeless people get their checks if they have disability checks, social security, etc?
