I'm official!! Received my LTC in the mail yesterday!! BK, Just went to the site here: https://txapps.texas.gov/txapp/txdps/chl/ Before a couple days ago, after logging in, the only option that would show up was signing up for instructor. Now there are other options such as change of address etc... ...

Finally noticed my status changed on the website today. If it works like others here, I should be receiving my LTC very soon. My paperwork was submitted and acknowledged by Dec 23rd.

How are you guys getting through when calling? All I have ever gotten is a recording that says due to overwhelming call volume, our representatives are not available for calls at this time.

I've tried all hours of the day, every day of the week. Am I just a victim of unlucky timing?

...At least we aren't alone in this. It's good knowing I'm not the only one that submitted in Dec with no results so far. They really should update their website. It would save them a lot of headache I would think. All they would need is an entry on the FAQ stating that lead times have been extended...
