The Senate will not be able to stall Supreme Court appointments forever. And once she's got a couple more judges in, she'll be able to issue any presidential decrees she wants (forget about executive orders). When she's elected (and I increasingly believe it's not "if") the Second Amendment is over. It will be read out of the Constitution.
If I was one of the remaining "right wing" SCOTUS justices I would be very concerned about having a fatal accident or other premature death should a President Clinton get impatient about a liberal justice being appointed. A 4-3 vote is just as good as a 5-4.
Yes.

I would also be careful about going on hunting trips in the middle of nowhere...

Why, because of wet works?

We would have to check with Podesta on that. Hope he is done making Risotto.

Hillary and a possible Gun Control Executive Order

"Russ Feingold, the former Democratic senator from Wisconsin who is running again in an attempt to win back his old Senate seat, was recorded at a fundraiser saying that Hillary Clinton might issue an executive order on guns."

And I seriously doubt if this ever happened that Republicans would do anything substantive to stop her, just as they did nothing to stop Obamacare, impeach or at least initiate impeachment proceedings of Obama/Lynch cartel etc.
