Both my wife and I have G43. She also has gen4 G19 and I just bought a slightly used gen3 G19.

While she likes the feel of G19, she just couldn't carry it comfortably, thus she went with G43 for carry.

G43 is snappier, no question about that, but she can finish a mild 100 rd session without any problems.
For me however, G43 likes to bite my index finger after 50 rds, probably because my yeti hands.

Incidentally, we both shoot better with the 43. Maybe it's because we intentionally focus more, it's still relatively new addition to both of us.

FWIW, we carry 124gr Speer gold dots in the G43, 147gr federal in G19.

Definitely great carry piece.
