I would.

You can get a Shotgun with 14" BARREL and pistol grip and it only requires a $5 tax stamp (AOW) - but all the paperwork. If you want the full stock on it, then it's a $ 200 Tax Stamp (SBS).

Still - yes, you can't buy it off the rack..
