I'll play devil's advo on this one. She didn't really say F*CK the police. Her rant was pretty specific to the LEOs in the Tamir Rice debacle. And frankly I've seen much worse (and more generalized) rants against cops by Grisham and his acolytes.

They seem to indicate amped up terror concerns, but idiots like the guy who tried to carry into the park earlier this week sure didn't help:
