I thought about that, but it wouldn't be an issue if they handled it properly. If they set it at $100 extra, do you really think most people would pay almost double the fee to get it in one week instead of four? Blah blah, I know, government bureaucracy and all that. I know it's unlikely, but it's definitely possible. All I'm saying is that they could make a little extra money from this.
