Texting while driving is the poster boy for distracted driving at the moment. However, any type of distraction while driving is just as dangerous.

I have not seen the new law criminally enforced as I believe it should. However, I have seen some very heavy civil penalties accessed.

Some of the most agregious offenders I have seen are Police Officers along with kids.
