Cities can be very arrogant. I was involved in a lawsuit which took a City from non-binding arbitration to the TX Supreme Court. The City loss in every court we appeared in . We won the suit and were awarded Attorney's fees. The fees exceeded our law suit amount. The City was
playing with tax payer money. They tried to spend us into the ground.
