Hijack - way to infom companies that their polices are wrong

Do we have a template letter that we can send to HR people? Something that says:

It has come to our attention that you have a policy which does not allow permit legally empowered gun owners to carry on your property. We wish to note that individuals who have taken the time and trouble to assure their fellow citizens that they are responsible,well meaning,and vetted gun carriers are being descriminated against. We realise that mamy of you have reflexively banned handguns because of your perception that only strange individuals would carry a gun and that consequently they may endanger their fellow workers. The CC experience has instead shown that there is a body of individuals who carry because they accept the responsibility of protecting themselves - knowing that no one has the resources to protect all in the split seconds that count. By depriving them of their right to protect themselves and consequently their fellow workers, you are assuming the liability for their protection. You have deprived legally empowered individuals of their ability to protect themselves. You now assume the risk and you now face the certaininty that if something occurs, you will bear the financial consequences. Some of you argue that it is because of an OSHA provision to provide a safe working environment. Granted unpermitted individuals carrying guns in the working place may pose a risk, because they have shown themselves unwilling or inable to provide others with assurance of their capablility to carry responsibly. The others however have demonstrated it and your policy endangers them and their fellow employees" You have not mitigated your risk you have replaced it with a much more potent one - the knowledge that you may personally be responsible for loss of life and the certainty that the CC citizens of this country will bring your company to account for its policies.
