Adding to the arsenal...
I want to get a new option for a carry gun. I want to go Kimber Ultra sized. My question is which one. I've got it down to two:
Kimber Ultra Carry in stainless
OR
Kimber Ultra CDP II
The CDP II is about $100 dollars more than the stainless Ultra Carry. Is it worth it for the front strap checking and whatever other doo-dads they put on there. This would be a carry gun so it would get the usual wear and tear.
I'm already dead set on picking up a 642 revolver when funds allow, and this would be close behind. With an AR in there somewhere. Speaking of the AR - I'm thinking of getting a .458 SOCOM caliber AR. Any thoughts on this too???
I skipped the polls in an attempt to force information out of you, so feel free to advise! Don't just go the good ol yes or no route.
