Re: Protests - the next level?
The only way I'll be in a protest is if I stumble into one by accident, don't go looking for trouble and chances are you won't find trouble, if trouble comes looking for me it's gonna have to chase me down or trap me and that is why I carry a gun!

Re: Protests - the next level?
How do you know when it's gone from vandalism to an attempt to get at you? I'm not fond of the idea they come through the broke window and kill me

Re: Protests - the next level?
If a group of people are smashing windows, would you not assume they are trying to get to you to hurt or kill you? Kinda like being trapped in a mob on the street, when they break your car window you'd assume they were attempting to reach you to inflict grave bodily harm!03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 5:21 pmI find myself wondering what the laws are in Texas if something like this occurs. Re: Protests - the next level?
Maybe so maybe TDS is the motivator but this doesn't damage Trump in the least, it does damage the local economy, damages their voters and is a sure path for the opposition to move into their office and run things

Re: Protests - the next level?
The part I don't grasp is the leadership of the cities and States permitting this stuff, go back and read about past rioting and looting, the State Police or the National Guard was called up given order to stop the violence, yes rioters and looters were shot and killed and that's when the violence ended! These "protesters" have a right to peacefully protest but they are destroying businesses, attacking innocent people on the street and at their homes, seems that's not going to work out well for mayors and governors! So why are they allowing it?

I haven't followed the story that closely but if he had a knife and was refusing to comply with police commands then he was justifiably shot! Interesting that he dropped the knife after being shot! Goes back to Do As The Nice Police Officer Tells You!

Re: Protests - the next level?
Also not noted in the story is the fact the police had tased him I believe twice because he was resisting arrest, attempting to reach a knife in his car and that is when the officers shot him!philip964 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 2:09 pm https://nypost.com/2020/09/18/arizona-s ... ake-tweet/

It is cultural appropriation for a European to own a dog.
1. That the stupidest thing I have ever read, and I got through only the first couple paragraphs. I’m sure it got stupider, but I could stand it no longer.
2. Why not let the dogs decide? I know what answer my beagle would give.
