In Kavanaugh’s words, the Supreme Court left “little doubt that courts are to assess gun bans and regulations based on text, history, and tradition, not by a balancing test such as strict or intermediate scrutiny.

I believe Kavanaugh is the leading candidate, Trump has a list that was put together from the Federalist society of strict Constitutionalist! Who ever get picked the liberals will lose their minds!
