I had been calling the wrong number but since i got the correct one and spoke to someone i will post my timeline.

10/3 - Took CHL class
10/03 - submitted application
10/05 - Finger prints and submitted supplemental documents online
10/07 - mailed in copies of supplemental documents which i submitted online
10/07 -received email that fingerprints was submitted
10/07 - received email that supplemental documents submitted has been received
10/26 - called and was told it went to print that day
10/28 - website changed
10/30 - receive plastic (hopefully)

What number are you calling when you call Regulatory Services Division?
