Wow I have needed this word but never knew what to use. That is sooo spot on!! To take it a step further these also seem to be the same professors that believe that they are experts at anything and everything; including things outside of their academic career.tommyg wrote:Maybe the three professors will resign over this issue so that they can be replaced by
someone that has some sense. I have seen a lot of this kind of thing.
There is a mental condition called savant. It is a person who is highly intelligent in
some ways and mentally deficient in other respects. It has been my experience dealing
with professors that at least 1/2 of them suffer from said condition

I hope they do back out after they lose the case, and maybe those professors will go broke.LabRat wrote:--snip--Jim Beaux wrote:You can bet the legal fees are being paid by an anti 2a organization.
Agreed. Didn't the Brady Bunch back a suit on an Ammo dealer, then back out leaving the "plaintiffs" in the lurch when they lost the court case?
I seem to recall that is was over the shooting in Aurora.
Let's see how far this one goes. If it's lost, look for the Anti-2A group to abandon their "clients".
That's how their system works.....

I hope they enjoy paying for useless legal fees.
