When I was a young NCO at Ft Hood, our Battalion Command Sergeant Major, who was a stoic Vietnam veteran of few words, pulled all of the NCOs together for a 'talking to' after a series of less than acceptable performance issues. The above quote has always stuck with me, & I believe it applies here as well.
