Re: Wife Sick with Cancer.
There will be difficult days brother. Few of us can even fathom what you are experiencing. Please try to remember the years you had each other as best friends, confidants, and the love you shared. The past three years do not define your time together here on earth; God blessed her with a husband who cherished her and held her hand through the most difficult of times, until He was ready to call her home. He will be faithful to you, and when you cry He will be there to comfort you.

Re: Wife Sick with Cancer.
I am very sorry for your loss. This will undoubtedly be a period of time for grieving, but also lean on your faith in God and reflect on the wonderful times he gave you together, and praise that she is now at peace. We will all be praying for you, your family, and all that knew her for the strength to get through this season.

Re: Wife Sick with Cancer.
I'm very sorry to hear of the trials that you both are going through, and you both are in our thoughts and prayers. Cancer isn't easy, regardless of it's type or location. I'm praying that God will bless you both with comfort during these times.
If her GI problems are from the pill, she might consider taking it at night. My mother had been taking 'the chemo pill' (sorry, I'm not sure which med. It's for liver cancer) each morning for several months, and the associated loss of appetite/loss of taste/vomiting/diarrhea resulted in her losing about 40+ lbs. She was to the point of giving up on the meds, and made comments of letting it 'take it's course'.
When she began taking the pills at night, the GI problems were greatly reduced to the point she's actually recovered a few pounds (not much, but noticable). The greatest improvement was in her quality of life, as the naseu and diarrhea was reduced as well as some return of her appetite.
