There were maybe a dozen boxes of Winchester .380 at Wal-Mart in Bedford (on 121) yesterday afternoon. Just over $31 a box of 100. I don't use the stuff, but I know many of you are looking for it.

I agree with all the others here and always carry my XDs with a round in the chamber. You may not have time to chamber one when you need it.

FMJ (target ammo) for the range, JHP for daily carry, Glaser (fragmenting) ammo for indoors (home protection).

I don't have the 9mm, but I have a 45ACP M&P and I don't care for it. Also there have been some problems with various calibers of M&Ps. Google around and you should be able to find reports. Try a Springfield XD and you'll love it!

Yep, I don't mind that, as long as it's done fairly to everyone leaving the store. Fry's, Costco, many places do it.

Yes, *always* run two to three hundred rounds (or more) through a pistol before you start carrying it!
