A grand jury in St. Louis on Tuesday indicted Mark and Patricia McCloskey on counts of exhibiting a weapon and tampering with evidence four months after footage circulated showing the couple pointing guns at Black Lives Matter protesters outside their home.

In my opinion Kim Gardner has indicted the proverbial "ham sandwich." She should have to try the case herself. However, would not surprise
me at all if she passes it off to one of her assistants. There was a District Attorney in Texas who kept "ham sandwiches" to a minimum. He told his assistants if you indict a ham sandwich then YOU get to try the ham sandwich--really cut down on the ham sandwich indictments in his district.

Re: MO: St. Louis Lawyers Defend Mansion From BLM Protesters In Viral Video

Why would the chief of police publicize this?

Sounds like warrant applications for somebody's arrest or possibly cell phone video, etc.

The McCloskeys are smart folks. I bet they have a bondsman "on call"
and ready to spring em out if they are arrested.

What a travesty that they have to go through this.

Guess the George Soros prosecutor is giving him some pay-back for his
campaign contributions.

Re: MO: St. Louis Lawyers Defend Mansion From BLM Protesters In Viral Video

Something smells about this search warrant.
Occasionally search warrant applications and the search warrant order are posted on-line. Will see what I can find.
Which police officer signed the search warrant application? Did Kimberly Gardner twist his or her arm to apply for it? Some prosecutor offices
have in-house cops who work for them--not the police. Wonder if such a person signed the application? Which judge signed the search warrant order? Regarding the taking of the AR15--Mr. McCloskey is a wealthy man and I am certain he has other guns with which to defend himself.
Hope Gardner gets voted out of office as soon as possible but I am not holding my breath.
