In a word YES will the charge stick? Probably not. Can you be charged with something else (resisting arrest, disturbing the peace etc.)? Yes will those charges stick? Concealed means concealed I avoid all 30.06 locations possible there are a few doctor, hospital that I can't. I consider the gun buster et al as a wannabe 30.06 and don't do business with them.
