Many moons ago I had an FFL. Back then we had to keep a record of all ammunition sold with name, address and driver's license number of the purchaser. This is starting to look like a great leap backward. In those days you couldn't buy reloading supplies, or ammunition by mail without an FFL this was before Al Gore invented the internet.
