I'm a "robust" individual also 5'11" 260# 46" waist. I used to really dislike IWB until I tried a Supertuck. I carry a full size S&W M&P in it with no problems. It took a couple of days for the holster to set to my shape but now It feels like it's part of my pants. Your pants need to be a little looser to accommodate the extra bulk of the gun and holster. I still like OWB carry but the Supertuck has given me another option. I pocket carry my BUG it's the gun I always have on me.
