Submitted docs 7/17/15
Finger prints 7/21/15
Confirmation email everything received 7/21/15

8/9/15- just got off the phone with a rep, she stayed everything was approved and waiting on the plastic to be printed
Website still not updated yet. Does it take long from the printing to actually mailing?
