thanks guys,
I'm on the way to Academy to LOAD UP with Remington 250 round 180 grain UMC crates to save on buying the higher priced Winchester(since they are the same brass quality for reloading).
Thanks,
I truly appreciate your thought on it's durability and quality for reloading 180 factory similar loads.
Thank you !

good or "not so good" brand ammo brass for reloadi
I'm about to finish getting all my reloading equipment and finish studying my manuals about doing it safely and properly.
(Not that it matters to most others, but ALL I my semi-auto use .40 S&W only)
While I'm still buying practice ammo, before starting to reload....I'm interested in getting/shooting quality(for reloading longevity) brass casings.
I usually buy Winchester white box 180 grain, but Remington is a little cheaper.
My questions are:
1) Are Remington .40 S&W as good for reloading as the Winchester?
2) What other brands of reasonably priced .40 cal. are good for maximum reloading, please?
thanks,
dS
