Mall Police, enough said. Please detain me when I broke no law, nice fat mall check. GVPD will have to eventually learn that close enough doesnt cut it. The law is clear and from statements posters made on here the sign is no where near close enough to even be a gray area. Did 30.06 become a suggestion or the rule? That being said, I dont want to test it though against the real police.C-dub wrote:We've also heard from a few folks that say they have been told by the mall police and or the GVPD that it is close enough. .maximus2161 wrote:.

Re: AMC Theatres respond to complaints about CHL restriction
I believe AMC's lawyers know exactly what the law is and are quite aware they are not compliant. Lawyers may not get respect (present company excluded) but they generally are not stupid. They are likely traipsing the line between appeasing both crowds. Sure as you disarm then get mugged, they will say "but as a CHL holder you should know our signs are not binding upon you and you disarmed on your own".PJK wrote:I wish that people would stop making a stink about it there. The signs they have posted are clearly not valid, are to small and are not at the entrances. If you buy at one of the Kiosks, you never even pass or see the sign. If too many people make a stink, they might just find out that they are not in compliance with the law and post legal signs.
