I think they were confused, since "concealed carry" not prohibit-able in Govt buildings which aren't otherwise prohibited by say 46.03 etc ...

but that isn't "open carry" ......which passed after the city/state thingy

(I'm tired, hopefully you know what I meant to say)

They got a bit more befuddled trying to explain "Notice" under 30.05 in city buildings where if a meeting was in progress they might post 30.06 and a 30.07 sign and would need a 30.05 sign to prohibit concealed rifles ...
