While Trump is not THEE best candidate out there, he is a million times better then seeing President Hillary. Hillary will get in there and pick anywhere from 2 to 3 Supreme Court Justices and our country will be DOOMED.

Naw, I think it will take more than Hillary (or Trump) to doom America. Sure, Hillary is the pits but how do you compare? Honesty? What?

If I were running the Republican Party I'd focus all party resources on congressional elections and "support" Trump just like the Speaker is doing. Vote for Trump if you'd really like him to represent America but not just for the heck of it like many must be doing. I believe what got Trump where he is was wishful thinking and there are no guarantees for anything.

Too bad about Cruz. I would have been o.k. with Cruz but I was really for Kasich - most likely to beat Hillary - well qualified, well liked, plenty conservative, great experience, but apparently too establishment.

Now it's again the choice of the lesser of two evils: Trump or Hillary. Sorry but I have a hard time seeing Trump as president, even though I enjoyed watching his rallies. Sure we can hope that as president he gathers competent, knowledgeable people around him and doesn't get in the way but there are no guarantees. He knows he can say any stupid thing and get away with it. What if there are executive orders to match? The issue is predictability which he denounces. Sorry but I prefer a thoughtful, steady, predictable approach to a complicated economy and world affairs, not a hoped-for miracle worker that talks like a middle-schooler. I would also like to see a little decorum in the next president.

Even with Trump's many faults I would prefer him over Sanders who worries me even more. So now I'm realizing my dislike for Hillary is maybe not as great as I thought. I must admit she is well qualified. I actually can imagine her as president and with a Republican Congress she couldn't do too much harm, could she? Would that work?

Maybe we should wait and see who the running mates will be...
