I spoke with the Chief today about tomorrow. Good news bad news. They have taken most of their advice from the Potter County Attorney. (Who I've already filed a complaint with about the county office building being posted ) They will not be proactively ID'ing Open Carriers without other cause to approach. They have taken however a very narrow outlook on what is acceptable an acceptable belt/shoulder holster. I'd recommend leaving a drop leg at home and for you tactical folks leave the gun off your chest rig. Dont carry small of the back with it half exposed. On the brighter side they're going to take a dim outlook on people lying about OC to 911. They did point out that it will be difficult to prove that case.
