I went to the new Freeman yesterday and looked all over the entrance for a sign and saw none and concluded that because it's a Harris County library they assume, you the CHL holder know better and will not wear your handgun inside.

P.S. When in doubt I err on the side of caution and leave it in the vehicle.
Since it's a public facility, they know that by law they aren't *allowed* to post a 30.06, so you as a CHL holder are welcome to carry there.
