I've been watching this thread unfold and I believe that you should be congratulated on your actions and self restraint. You acted responsibly by getting it checked out, and self control and respect by not going for blood. (ie. Suing the guy.)

:iagree: It sounds like DPS has handled the problem, and I'm sure HPD will take care of any business they need to as well. I'm glad that the situation looks like it's being resolved, which I know will give you some peace of mind.

If he's standing on your driveway, all you need to do is tell him to get off your driveway because he's trespassing. If it were me, I'd report his behavior to DPS. Sounds like he's a bad egg.
