Re: CC at private residence
... You clearly haven't read all of my posts or don't understand that there are circumstances where someone you've never met is going to come over to your house. So please, take the time to read and then get back with me because the bolded above is not a reasonable argument. I have read all of your...

Re: CC at private residence
I guess I'm a little surprised at some of the responses here. Some feel no one should come in their homes without first telling whether or not they're armed; do those folks also feel that permission should be granted by a business owner before someone carries? Why should a business have to post, bu...

Re: CC at private residence
I don't have many events in my home but when I do it's invitation only. Anyone on the invite list with a CHL is more than welcome to carry until if/when I see them behaving in such a manner that would lead me to revoke that privilege. In fact, I would expect someone with a CHL to believe CC in my h...

Re: CC at private residence
This is just my opinion and not a comment on what others do. I don't take kindly to those that carry in my home without first notifying me and getting my permission. (My close friends with CHLs already have permission to carry anytime in my home, as I do in theirs.) And in turn I don't carry in som...

Re: What's the Origin of Your User Name?
Absolutely the best dog I've ever owned was a blue merle Australian Shepherd. She lived to be 16 y/o. I miss her dearly to this day.

Re: HB910 Friday April 17, House Calendar for 2nd Reading
... That's what I was wondering, and was wondering if there was no purpose. The amendment says that it's only a class A if Subsection (b) is met, but this is already what currently must be met in order to violate the section, which is a class A. I cannot imagine a circumstance where one enters a pr...

Re: HB910 Friday April 17, House Calendar for 2nd Reading
I realize open-carry has not finally passed yet, but today represents the culmination of two years of work by the NRA and TSRA under some of the most difficult circumstances we've faced in years. Thanks to NRA lobbyist Tara Mica and TSRA lobbyist Alice Tripp for a job very well done! Chas. ...

He gave up way too quickly. Are you talking about Huberty or BlueMerle? :biggrinjester: It was a bad amendment and would weigh down the bill too. Certain groups should not have special rights above the rest of us. Meh.... it was meant to convey what a jerk he was. While I'm honestly surprised that ...
