Liberals are using this to their full advantage. How come it is only democrat controlled states and cities issuing stay at home orders? Wonder how this will be enforced?
Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins (the chief executive officer of the county) issued the order to shelter-in-place on Sunday afternoon as the number of coronavirus cases in the county surpassed the 100 person mark, the Dallas Morning News reported.

He's issuing an executive order directing schools to close, banning gatherings of 10 or more people and ordering restaurants to limit operations to drive-through, delivery and pick-up, and bars, indoor recreation facilities and other public venues to close.

Waco just announced the same restrictions. I won't be surprised when Gatesville and or Coryell county does the same. Seems all of government is the same no matter what level.
