Nothing wrong with being picky. You're going to spend good money for a nice gun, you want it to be right for your needs. Especially when purchasing a firearm. I don't know of any gun dealers that will take returns on guns because it's too big or doesn't fit your needs. Not sure what you call normal pants, but if you're going to pocket carry unless you wear loose fitting, with large pockets you're going to be very limited. I know Ruger has some nice pocket size handguns. Springfield EMP 9mm. Can be easily carried in pocket, OWB/IWB, and ankle holsters. Would be best for you to go to gun shops and check them out as you say you're so picky. Springfield XD subcompacts are nice also.
