Definitely would be a gun free zone in Texas, even if you were the DD for the night. Another nugget for why we need a HB308 bill this session to pass.

You can't carry when drinking of course, but just because you're somewhere that serves alcohol doesn't mean your weapon is going to get drunk off fumes.
