Here is my time line
12/18 filled out on line application
12/20 FAST fingerprinting
1/3 CHL-100 class
1/4 sent in CHL-100 document sent in and received Confirmation email
1/23 called DPS and the told me that they where waiting on CHL-100. I told her I sent it in on 1/4 and got a confirmation email she said sometimes it takes up to 30 days for it to show up. So I sent it in again today 1/4 but this time no confirmation email. A friend has the exact same time line as me but he got his plastic in the mail on 1/21

You need to call them, they don't answer emails quick, I already tried that, they can tell you where you application is on the phone, I just called yesterday and they said a tech was working on mine that they found some stuff on my background check and they were making sure I still meet the requirements for the CHL, here is the number 512-424-7293 if the automated says to try your call later wait about an hour and call back
