Mississippi homeowner who shot and killed home invasion suspect will not be charged, report says

Ne'er-do-well breaks into home Tue morning during daylight, homeowner shoots him. Ne'er-do-well DOS. Unsurprisingly he had criminal history of burglary. Homeowner's name not released because he is not charged with any crimes.
