The 23-year-old San Antonio man told police he and other people with him were driving to meet his brother.

"While we were driving here we were being followed by this guy," the report reads. "When we stopped the guy followed us and got out of his car and approached us with a gun."

The 23-year-old man said a person with him yelled that the other man had a gun. The San Antonio man then reached under the driver's seat and grabbed his gun, the report states.

He told police he was "scared" and shot at the armed man "three times, then dropped the gun," the report states.
