I think what he is saying is that a municipally owned range would undercut the financial viability of a private range, not that they would try to directly regulate private ranges. And he has a point in this, especially if Alvin is small community.Charles L. Cotton wrote:..
Thanks to SB766 that passed last session, cities cannot regulate shooting ranges, so they can't stop a private range.
