The cops seem to decide pretty quick that the good guy is a good guy.

Apparently police think the robber's gun matches what was used in the "honeybee" killling.
Also, I originally thought three people were killed in the "honeybee" case, but was wrong. One killed, one wounded, one got away.

IL: Man killed with own gun
And, as usual, it is the robber.

Synopsis in case link goes dead:
Robber hits tanning salon with female clerk and female customer. Orders customer to tie up clerk. (Note: IMO this is a very bad sign, and the point at which you start fighting back regardless of disparity of force).
Man walks in. Robber orders him to tie his own hands. Man tries to reason with robber, “Man you don’t have to do this. I’ve got a little girl at home, I’m a new daddy.” Robber says he doesn't care.
Robber reaches into bag for ropes, leaves his gun on counter. Man knocks robber to ground, grabs gun from counter. Robber grabs man, they end up on ground. Man shoots robber once, gets up. Robber is still moving, reaching into pockets. Man shoots once more. Robber dead.
Good deal.
The robber drove a vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle of someone sought in a previou murder.
We had a thread on it here: http://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php? ... an#p463304" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
I don't think the tanning salon robbery was going to end with just some money gone. Kudos to the male customer that acted.
