John Farnam asked Rohrbaugh about this one time at a SHOT show a couple years ago (2007, to be precise). Rohrbaugh told him +P would not break the pistol, just shorten its life. John did not that think that would be an issue for him or many others, since after a dozen rounds he was ready to put it down for awhile. I guess 9mm recoil is a bit more zippy out of a Keltec size gun. But of course it is not a service pistol, and not meant for an afternoon of plinking at the range -- it is a semi-auto snubby.
