TheBlake wrote:So, it's been about 45 days since my application was submitted and still no status change so I called the RSD office today and after a 45 minute hold was able to speak to a representative. He informed me that since I had something on my record, which I DID disclose and sent certified court disposition (Underage DWI, 9 years ago in Nashville) that the process will take AT LEAST 2 months and potentially even longer for my application to clear.
Question for anyone who has had a "history"... was this your experience? Did it really take 2 months for your background checks to clear and have your license issued??
