I still think adjustment will happen over time, but it is frustrating.

The local paper recently carried a front page article about the county deciding which county offices to prohibit weapons from, and included the county attorney's office.

Kind of wish Paxton's opinion had been as plain as Governor Abbott's. Abbott specifically listed the county/district attorney's office as a place where license carriers could not be barred.

'Course the vast bulk of the population is already barred. It's a mountain out of a molehill. It being my particular molehill, it stings, but hopefully over time they will realize they are addressing a problem that doesn't exist.
