True it stated in the article that they have no power to make laws, however in some communities the beliefs of a lawyer who is an upstanding member of the community could have sway over public opinion on matters to those on the fence. Just something to be aware of and educate people who do not truly understand what the laws mean and how they protect law-abiding citizens.
