Re: Starter 1911 options
I recently bought a Colt 1991 from Buds for $749. An excellent buy, IMO. Everything about it is smooth and with very tight fittings. The fit and finish is excellent. There are probably other brands that are just as good and a little lower in price, but I am a huge Colt fan, especially the ones they ...

Re: BREAKING: P320 Recall Issued By Dallas Police | Prohibited From Duty Till Repaired
The most irritating thing about all this mess is the fact of having to send the pistol to Sig to have the ''upgrade'' done. If true as reported and the slide has to be milled, not even a certified armorer would probably be able to complete the job. If it doesn't get the upgrade the devalue would be ...

Re: HiPoint JHP failure to ....?
The exact same thing once happened with my Browning Hi Power... the fired round made a 180 turn and was jammed in by the next round. Never happened before or after that.

So, that hasn't changed from what it is currently. Seems a shame they couldn't also help us old guys.

The old DWI probably wouldn't hurt, but, IMO, you should get all paperwork on it to make sure it was actually dropped.

Re: Can't Find Holster Post
Yesterday I ordered the OWB snap holster that's on his site, for a Colt Combat Commander I have coming from Buds. Randy was a pleasure to talk with. He estimated a build time of about 10 days. He can be reached only by his Email address: rdwarrenll@gmail.com

I have the compact in 40cal., and really like it. 200 rounds so far and no malfunctions. You may be interested in attending one of the Sig Academy Armorer classes for the P320. There's one scheduled for Oct. 4th in the Woodlands-Magnolia-Conroe area.

Congrats! It's a beauty. I recently bought a Rami and am very impressed with CZ's build quality and fit/finish. My next purchase is going to be the 75BD.

My EDC is a CZ Rami, 9mm. Small, but not too small. The de- cocker model I have came with a 10 round and 14 round mag.
