Some of the current hybrid style IWB holsters may surprise you. I didnt need to upsize my jeans at all to wear that style, but I also carry forward of the hip bones.

It's pretty surprising how comfortable IWB is when you finally find the right gun/holster/belt combination, but I started out IWB.

OTOH, Im totally uncomfortable carrying OWB. Doesn't feel anywhere near as secure or concealed.
