The "fines for signs" has no teeth. Make the first day $10,000 and all other days $100,000 each. Make it hurt enough that it will be easier to just take the signs down. And change the law to hold the govt. entity directly responsible for the actions of the lessee. No allowing the govt. to weasel out like Fort Worth did.

I heard that Dallas is looking to have a private management company take over running Fair Park. Guess what will happen and guess what Dallas will claim.
